Vom Dach der Stadtbibliothek hat man herrliche Aussichten. Leider kann man die Sicherheitszäune auch fotografisch nicht überwinden.
You could have wonderful views from the roof of the library. Unfortunately you also can't overcome the safety fences with your camera.
