The pictured busker is known as the "birdman". His constant companion is a male Eclectus Parrot. I've met them in the alleys of the Christmas market.

Looks like Joseph with his coat of many colors.
Problem is: this guy CANNOT play that saxophone! It is horrible! Every musician in Stuttgart runs for his life when this guy shows up. And believe me: he shows up everywhere all the time!
